Secret Cabinet I

Created by Reda Amalou in collaboration with artist Yann Masseyeff, the Secret Cabinet I is a singular piece where art and design converge. Clad in Gabonese ebony marquetry, its dark, richly textured surface is elevated by a brass base finished in patinated bronze. At the heart of the cabinet, a central niche reveals backlit sandstone sculptures, introducing depth, light, and a sense of quiet mystery.

Both sculptural and functional, the piece features three doors and three drawers, offering discreet storage while inviting contemplation. Conceived as a conversation piece, the Secret cabinet transforms furniture into narrative, where craftsmanship, material, and imagination intertwine.
